Engineering Chief Apprenticeship External Assessors (CAEA)
We are currently recruiting for suitable, qualified individual to become Chief Apprenticeship External Assessors (CAEA).

The Chief Apprenticeship External Assessor provides leadership and specialist expertise across a designated sector, ensuring the quality, consistency, and integrity of assessment decisions and grading through the sampling of both internal and external apprenticeship assessments. The role is responsible for overseeing Lead External Assessors, reviewing and supporting the development and delivery of external assessor training and standardisation activities to maintain high assessment standards across the team. In addition, the Chief Apprenticeship External Assessor produces customer-focused reports that share best practice, advice, and guidance, enabling customers to effectively prepare apprentices to achieve successful assessment outcomes.
To be considered for this role you must:

Hold both Assessor & IQA Qualifications

Have relevant technical skills and experience

Be able to evidence relevant and up to date CPD, which is related directly to the apprenticeship & industry
