Engineering Marking Team Lead - Core Paper 1 & 2

We are seeking experienced and competent Examiners to join the marking pool for the below qualification. T Level in Engineering and Manufacturing - 8730 qualification webpage.

This is an associate role, which is remote and required during our Autumn and Summer assessment series. As an associate, the role provides the opportunity to work alongside your current job, to build additional income with competitive daily rates, and to continue to develop your own skills and development.

As an Examiner you’ll be expected to carry out timely marking, by applying accurate and consistent marks on candidate evidence, in line with the agreed application of the marking grid and tolerances set at standardisation and feedback from Senior Examiner sampling.

The Role Profile defines the responsibilities and expectations of the Examiner role.

Core Paper 1: Mathematics and Science Principles for Engineering We are looking for individuals with qualifications and experience in: - Science and mathematics for engineering - Teaching mathematics at Level 4 and above - Science for engineering and manufacturing - Engineering and manufacturing materials - Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic and/or Mechatronic principles

Core Paper 2: Engineering in Context We are looking for individuals with qualifications and experience in: - Engineering and manufacturing sector - Engineering and manufacturing control systems and quality management - Health and safety principles and practice - Business, commercial and financial awareness within an engineering setting View the Person specification
