We are looking for subject matter experts to join us as assessment writers/examiners, for our Functional Skills (Mathematics) Entry Level 1-3 qualifications with immediate effect.
Our Entry Level Functional Skills exams are available year-round for candidates and centre assessed. Regulatory conditions require assessment paper production to be renewed regularly, and this makes the role dynamic and fast paced at times.

We are looking for assessment writers to help write and edit Functional Skills Entry Level 1-3 papers comprising Multiple-Choice questions (MCQ), Short answer questions and problem-solving questions. Question writing and editing training will be provided for the successful candidate.
Following successful completion of the training, work would be commissioned in the following weeks. This may take the form of writing or attending Assessment Material Evaluation meetings. This will require you to be available to attend all day meetings. These meetings would be planned in advance and are carried out over Teams. Maintenance work may be required as and when on an ongoing basis.
